I do this through ZUU which is high intensity training and low impact. Every single week I'll be launching two new episodes. On Tuesday it will be a Q&A interview with an unbelievable athletes or a specialist in the corporate world. On Friday, it will be my solo episode where I'll be sharing my knowledge and experience in elite sports, but also in life in general.I've got amazing guest lists lined up. I'll also be inviting champions in the business world as well as sharing the knowledge and experience with the audience.I'm a passionate coach, I am different, and I want to achieve great things in my life. And I want to inspire you guys to do exactly the same. We are all capable of achieving great things with our lives.
