Now... how do you have an open and honest conversation about humility with a couple of musicians on a podcast? --- we have not idea. But it starts with this quote - "Humility is being comfortable in your own skin." The opposite of humility can look different. It can look like insecurity, arrogance, lack of self confidence or self worth... whereas some characteristics of someone who walks in humility, is service, confidence, and influence. Confidence is key to healthy leadership, but leadership is a bi-product of service. If you don't serve people first, then how will you know how to lead? In this episode, we start the conversation and ask some of the hard questions, while also point out some examples.
