Flash Flood Watches posted from the Mid Atlantic to Western New England. Severe thunderstorm watches are up from Southeast Pennsylvania to Southern New England, Tornado Watch Coastal Mid Atlantic due to Elsa. We have the forecast and a look ahead to a calmer weekend and a hot and humid week ahead.
