Description

Dee and Carol talk all about seeds, both vegetable seeds and flower seeds. We encourage everyone to get over any fear of sowing seeds they might have and grab some seeds and start sowing.  Also on the podcast, we give a shoutout to several seed companies including, in no particular order, Harris Seeds, Burpee Seeds, Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, Botanical Interests, Floret, Pinetree Garden Seeds, and Renee's Garden Seeds.  Dee also clues us in on an interesting Instagram account to follow:  Happy Holistic Homestead who posted a great idea for storing seed packets.  In our segment on all the best dirt, we talk about a new book, Mastering the Art of Vegetable Gardening by Matt Mattus (Cool Springs Press, 2019) (affiliate link) and the mushroom catalog, Field and Forest Products. Other than Carol getting a review copy of Matt's book, we have not been paid to endorse any of these companies or products.Support the showOn Instagram: Carol: Indygardener, Dee: RedDirtRamblings, Our podcast: TheGardenangelists. On Facebook: The Gardenangelists' Garden Club.On YouTube.
