Long ago…. ancestors believed as do today's worldwide indigenous people that animal spirit, or sometimes called animal spirit guides have spiritual powers.  They can help in our daily lives, and provide  protection, guidance and healing. Today we will invite your animal spirit Hawk in for energy healing.

There are many animal spirit guides in your life time when needed they will appear and help you….bring you wisdom strength and in time of need. They can come in dreams….or through signs..

I call forth your animal spirit….we ask for their energy healing and guidance…for support and protection….and so it is..and so be it…

Sit comfortably…..let yourself feel completely relaxed, let go of your day so far…..drop into your breath…..in slow and long….and out……slow and long…..just breathe…inhale through your nose and deep into your belly…..and out your mouth…… 

Each muscle relaxes……..begin by feeling your face soften…..down your arms…fingers….chest soften….throat belly…..hips and legs soft….. feet and toes….relax

Now…….we enter the animal spirit realm……..visualize…..in your mind a lush forest……..
Green grass…..tall trees……sweet smells of wildflowers……a babbling brook….

You feel safe……here…..the sun is shining and beating on your skin…..you are walking and exploring………you walk along a path lined by trees …….

Pass a mossy big tree………you look up…..the rays of the sun…..come through the treetops…….

Call upon the animal spirit…..
Say in your mind and summon..…I honor you and ask you for your healing and blessings today….I bow to your greatness and power

Animal Spirit Hawk…… swoops over your head with a mighty shriek…….you feel the air rush by you he creates….. with his expansive wings….PAUSE

He comes closer to you now…..closer and closer…..he perches right in front of you…..on a tree limb…PAUSE

His eyes are piercing……yellow…..he gazes into your eyes…. and your soul…..PAUSE

He has messages for you…..he is the messenger….PAUSE

You listen…..he tells you you have a strong intuition…to trust it he will help you strengthen it……he will always be with you….you are clear…… can see clearly now…. full of clarity and focus…..determined….your clairvoyance and dreams are enhanced………..PAUSE

He blesses you on the next right step in your life…..PAUSE

He protects you from harm….PAUSE

He helps you to see the whole picture with a discerning eye….PAUSE

He tells you you are exactly where you need to be……PAUSE

He now initiates a energy healing……..he takes a feather from his back and sweeps it over your head…down your arms and legs……nine times…..PAUSE

Nine is the number of completion……PAUSE


You are completely healed by Animal Spirit Hawk…… you feel immense love and gratitude for meeting him…..PAUSE

Before he leaves you……he gives you the feather……to remind you he will always be with you…….just call on him whenever you need……

He gently flies away……..and you are at peace…PAUSE


Inviting yourself back to the breath…..to tiny movements… and to your surroundings…..PAUSE

Place the intention of finding a feather…… as a sign…..slowly open your eyes….PAUSE
