In this episode I talk about the importance of taking actions aligned with your own values.  Questioning what you have been told and asking yourself if it's the best action to take to get what's important for YOU. So many people think they want something and spend too much time chasing it before even taking time to get their head around how it will benefit or affect their life. We always seem to want what other people want instead of going after what it is that WE want.
