Okay, great, we've established that the Girl Scout Leadership Experience has 5 outcomes - a strong sense of self, positive values, seeking challenges, developing healthy relationships, and community problem solving. And these are achieved through Girl Led, Cooperative Learning, and Learning by Doing, as girls Discover, Connect, and Take Action.
But what does that look like at each of the different Girl Scout levels? How can we use these outcomes with our girls as they grow? How can we tell if the girls are really getting all of this out of our meetings and events?
