    Just when it looked like all of the playoff series in the 2023 postseason were going to be sweeps, the Minnesota Twins came to the rescue. While there is a delicious irony that Carlos Correa became the hero of Astros haters, the Twins are the only club to force at least a 4th game in the Division Series so far.

    Meanwhile, the Orioles decision to stand pat at the trade deadline has come back to haunt the Birds. I replay a clip from August with Lindsay Crosby of Locked on MLB Prospects to show this is not a case of hindsight being 20/20.

    And one of the kids in my class wishes he could pitch for the Dodgers. How could he have been worse than Clayton Kershaw this weekend?
