This week Sam and I got to sit down with Andy Raynor and chat with him about his YouTube channel, his running journey and how he's getting on training for hgis sub 2:40 marathon attempt. What was interesting is that Sam and I are also aimoing for sub 2:40 (mind is admittedly a year off) but we're all training so differently. So we thought a bit of idea comparison and session chat would be just what the doctor ordered for everyone. Happy days. Once again we learnt so much.
