Description

Building good habits and processes takes discipline. It's always easier to not do the work and throw in the towel instead, but sometimes that comes from not feeling prepared or setting goals that are unachievable. This episode we're going to talk about "doing the work" and what that means. Including setting actionable and attainable goals, and also being able to say "ni modo" sometimes. The reason most new year's resolutions fail is because we go full speed and that's not how to build a habit, not a sustainable one at least. After one week 25% of people will have broken their resolution and by January 19th the majority will be abandoned.Ponte las pilas and put in the time.
