Take the rudder and let it move according to the waves. ✔️Learn to move through the ups and downs of the ocean of our mind The ocean is still not a flat ocean. It's an ocean that's going to cause you up and down. Therefore, you have to adjust and keep changing the rudder in the back. ✔️The currents are meant to be bigger than us The currents are too strong for all of us. And it was meant to be that way. Why? Because you're not bigger than it. It's something you're supposed to fit into. And it's what's going to take care of you if you'll just quit squirming so much and move the rudder back and forth so that you can stay on course. To do this, you have to put yourself in a place where you’re triple-A, bringing all the energy into your body and you're ready to make those movements.
