The VGK rookies went winless over the five-day rookie camp, losing to Anaheim, the Kings, and Colorado. The finale against the Avs was decided in OT and VGK's rookies fell 4-3. Brendan Brisson scored another goal, his second of the weekend, in the loss. Patrick Guay and Tomas Uronen also added goals in the loss.
