He worked violent crime matters, gangs, bank robberies and Fugitive task force cases for 20 years before being promoted supervisor of the violent crime task force in Wilmington, Delaware  Prior to FBI, served 5 1/2 years as a Pennsylvania police officer  Alfredo Perez former U.S. deputy Marshal out of Houston   Recently retired. Worked in tandem with our own Det. Fil Waters   Douglas MacGregor is a Forensic Behavioural Analyst and consultant specializing in geographic profiling and linkage analysis for violent crime and missing persons.
