Jen brings a unique dimension to her practice, having served on the leadership team for one of the world’s largest and most recognized brands, American Airlines. Throughout her career, Jen has honed her expertise in leading individuals and teams through mergers, crises and other business transitions including the 2014 US Airways American Airlines merger as well as the 2009 US Airways “Miracle on the Hudson”.
During her time as a brand marketer for American, Jen was the architect of a number of innovative sports and entertainment brand partnerships including the airline's first-ever deals with NBA International, the Chicago Cubs and Stand Up 2 Cancer.
