Scott has been with Cliff Drysdale Management since 2007 where he worked his way up from Director of Tennis to General Manager, VP of operations and now president and COO. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the tennis industry. In his current role he oversees daily operations for all clubs  including programming, creating short and long-term operational strategies, pro-development, and most importantly, supporting directors, and associates. He is originally from Sidney, Australia and fun fact: he was coached by John Newcombe and his son Clint as a junior tennis player!

We talked about his career progression at Cliff Drysdale, the keys to successful club operations, his philosophies for hiring great tennis professionals and how to keep them, the transition from tennis programs to racquet sports programs and many other things!
