Coach Sims discusses his coaching development, where he has seen growth and the transition to Cincinnati. Coach Sims has seen success at all levels of collegiate football as a running backs coach for a national championship with JMU to multiple team and player rushing honors as a coach at Western Carolina, ECU, and Louisville.
