Transition is a part of the coaching profession, whether it’s a hiring, firing, or moving to a new location to coach, change is inevitable. In this episode of Inside the Headset with the AFCA, we talk with Justin Hood, Interim Head Coach at Davidson College. Coach Hood outlines how he’s set a vision for the program as they embark on a new season. He also discusses his coaching background and what how coaching is a people business. He recalls experience early in his career at the University of Oregon as an offensive quality control coach being a major benefit to his development as a defensive coach.
