Nat Welfare is a social media strategist and founder of SZN Social, a Melbourne-based marketing agency working with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
With a degree in Psychology and a background working in tech startups, rather than agencies, Nat is fast becoming known for her non-traditional style of marketing. Her mission is to help brands build cult-like online communities by developing unique campaigns and strategies that blend elements of entertainment media, PR, influencer marketing, public activations and native video content creation. When everyone else zigs, SZN helps brands zag.
Recently, SZN Social has been working with small brands looking to break into saturated markets like fashion and skincare, and develop highly differentiated social media strategies and brand awareness campaigns. 
With social media fast becoming the primary source of shopping traffic, Nat hopes to continue working in the fashion space to help brands become more entertaining and likeable online, in order to differentiate themselves from the masses and attract, engage and convert their target audiences.
