Alessia also gives us a preview of what’s to come with the Upper Extremity Institute.Guest Bio:Alessia is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a degree in occupational therapy. After practicing in adult rehabilitation, Alessia specialized in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and became a CHT in 2005. Currently, she practices in an outpatient clinic in Southern California.  Since 2014, Alessia has volunteered with ASHT on both the Practice and Education Divisions, most recently acting as chair of the Upper Extremity Institute.
