Description
Are you a person who is always on the go? Do you feel like you must always be doing something in order to feel productive and useful? Here's another question: do you feel stagnant or like you've hit a plateau in your life, where you are no longer growing? If so, you need to proactively rest. Rest is active. It is creative. It is healing. It is necessary for growth. Our muscles do not get stronger when we are exercising. They get stronger when we are resting after we have exercised. The same is true for every area of life. Rest is creative! Listen as I explain:
