He is also the creator of Coach Your Self Up, a training program that teaches self-coaching skills to help individuals make lasting behavior changes in support of their career and life goals. Following his own personal transformation, Mike created this program in service of his purpose: to help as many people as possible achieve more of their potential through heightened self-awareness.
