Description

Our guest this week is Kristen Lisanti. For the last 25 years, Kristen has held executive-level culture, talent and communications roles at global firms, coaching CEOs, advising senior leadership teams and building healthy work cultures in businesses around the world. Most recently, she served as Chief Culture Officer for the public relations giant BCW, stewarding cultural integration during the largest merger in public relations history and establishing an organizational culture rooted in a growth mindset. In that role, Kristen launched the industry’s first mindfulness-based leadership development program, which trained 200 executives and emerging leaders on every continent to lead with vision, intention and humanity. Kristen is an experienced coach, certified mindfulness teacher, and a cancer survivor. She teaches leaders and teams how to meet the complexity, volatility and resistance we all often feel at work with openness, ease and even joy. Kristen also teaches workshops on how to stop wrestling with the changes in our lives, live with more ease, and start embracing whatever comes our way. Everything is Fine is a series for women on life over 40. Hosted by former Lucky magazine founding editor Kim France and author and editor Jennifer Romolini, each episode digs deep into the identity shift that comes with navigating this alternately weird and liberating stage of life. A chat-show with themed episodes and interview guests from the media and entertainment worlds, we tackle our fears, our health, our careers, self-care, and how to negotiate being called “middle-aged” when you feel anything but.
