Description
Our guest today, Linda Steele, is a really incredible human being with a very relatable story. Linda reached out to me on LinkedIn asking if she could come on the show after listening to the podcast. Linda is a personal trainer, wellness advisor, bestselling author of the book “Nerves of Steele,” and an international speaker. Linda is very open about how trauma from her younger years has impacted her life, her relationships, and her personal “situation-ships,” as she calls them with past partners. But what's really unique about Linda is her self-awareness that she has to not just overcome her trauma, but that she has to learn to be comfortable living with it. I found Linda very relatable because we're all dealing with some form of trauma. I really enjoy the way that Linda speaks about it and how it’s affected her story. She is also very aware of the role that she plays in other people's lives, whether it’s her three daughters or her clients that she works with on personal training and wellness. Together, we’re going to learn a little bit about Linda, her journey, and all of the things that helped make her who she is today. We’ll also dig into the growth that she's had personally, where she started, how she got where she is, and then of course, where she is going.
