Overwhelmed much? Working harder and harder to try and catch up only to feel further behind and more exhausted? This new normal is taking way too much of a toll. Listen in for my strategies to stop overwhelm in its tracks.

Pressure to perform without feeling you have any ability to change the circumstances is root cause of your overwhelm. Reexamine your own beliefs about what you have to commit to doing and how much effort you need to apply.
Getting it done doesn't make you a hero (even though you may become addicted to that rush of adrenaline). Stop to think about why this is important to you, instead of feeling obligated to meet expectations.
When you reframe the story, you can stop catastrophizing in the moment.
Say no to things you don't absolutely need or want to do. Exercise boundaries around your commitments to avoid overperforming. Delegate what you can. Reassign as many tasks as possible. Zoom out and identify the critical outcome needed. Throw any extra work overboard.
