Description
Feeling overwhelmed and overextended much? I get it. Our modern world is designed to deplete your bandwidth- but you don't have to let it.
Just like a computer, if you have too many programs running in the background, you don't have enough bandwidth left to operate the ones you really need to use at full capacity. In this episode, I walk you through all the ways you are filling up your bandwidth and show you how to eliminate the junk so you have more left for what's important. Imagine feeling fully energized and able to concentrate by:
Eliminating micro-distractions and unnecessary multitasking
Giving your brain meaningful breaks to reset and recharge
Having a plan (not just a to do list) that works with the way your brain focuses.
Reducing your anxiety by taking action
