Description
Ugh...there is a huge problem with someone's performance or behavior and it just can't be swept under the rug.
Rather than allowing anger and resentment to build, it's important to face these kinds of issues head on. However, you don't want to go charging in full of righteousness. Instead, I have great (and hard won) advice on how to prepare, handle the talk and then effectively follow up for positive change. Learn more about my four power tips:
Unhook yourself emotionally
Step outside of your story and the if/then scenarios you so want to create
Find common ground
Ask for help with developing solution strategies
Want some one on one advice on the specifics of your situation? Book a Lightning Session This special offer includes a 30 minute one on one call with me, a guided meditation to help you clarify and destress, and a feng shui MP3 to help your home and work offices enrich your personal power and effectiveness in your career.
