Sometimes in order to change we must reevaluate our perspective. Maybe a pivot or big change is necessary. What Choices are you making that could be standing in your own way. Is your current decision making working for you? If not look at yourself from an outside perspective. Doing this has helped a lot. Being self aware has allowed me to be open and honest with myself change for the best in regards to evolving and it has opened my eyes to how I can sometimes stand in my own way. Emotions and feeling are temporary but Change is permanent. How can you become comfortable with change and what that means for yourself and your evolution.
