Most of it is typically tough to hear or difficult to adapt to. You are ultimately responsible for your behaviour and there are some things you may need to change. How you receive that feedback and interpret it is important. We are mostly going to talk about the tough conversations today but we want everyone to know that feedback is all positive because it is all aimed to get better.
