This week we sat down with Restaurateur, Co-founder of Grand Cru Selections, and wine industry OG, Robert Bohr. We discussed his famed Soho NYC hot spot Charlie Bird, a restaurant boasting one of the best wine lists in the city with an all hip hop soundtrack, the current state of restaurants, and the possibility of 1994 being the greatest year in Hip Hop over a bottle of Jean-Louis Chave hermitage from that vintage.
