Description

The fourth trimester refers to the first three months when the baby is born. This is an adjustment period both for parents and the baby. Parents are often told that sleep deprivation is the norm in those early months; and although that is somewhat true there are some things that can be done to comfort baby and prolong sleep stretches. On this episode, I welcome Dr. Harvey Karp who is a world renowned pediatrician and child development expert. He is the co-founder and CEO of Happiest Baby and the creator of SNOO Smart Sleeper.
