The Tampa Bay Rays had one of the worst offenses in MLB by a lot of standards. Erik Neander mentioned that their offense would need to be addressed in the off-season. It is almost mid-January and Rays fandom keeps twirling their thumbs as Free Agent names and trade candidates have gone by the wayside including Jose Abreu, Sean Murphy, Brandon Belt and nostalgic option Evan Longoria.
