Lisa is joined by Chloe Carmichael, Ph.D. a licensed clinical psychologist, and author of “Nervous Energy: Harness the Power of Your Anxiety” (Macmillan, 2021), Dr. Chloe says that while the pandemic has been a source of stress for everyone, if you are a goal-oriented person, “to-do list” diehard, overachiever, or over-analyzer, you may be experiencing more anxiety than the average person. Even before the term, COVID-19 had entered our vocabulary, burnout, stress, and anxiety were significant issues in the workplace and society in general.
