Description
Inspired by a recent panel discussion that took place at the 9th edition of DemSense, our popular demand sensing and advanced planning strategy series, this episode addresses the differences between S&OP and IBP, the challenges of balancing long term objectives with the day-to-day running of the business, the pros and cons of IBP and why supply chain is a service provider to the business and not the be-all and end-all of the business. Tune in to find out why the lines are blurred between IBP and S&OP and why this could be majorly problematic from Kim Britton, S&OP & IBP Director at Johnson Controls.
