Dr Mitloehner is a Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of California, Davis. He's in the country at the moment thanks to Beef + Lamb NZ to take part in lectures and explain the science behind methane’s impact on climate change and the work by the dairy industry in California to reduce its emissions.
