We're discussing the Grid League - a co-ed spectator sport where atheletes compete throughout the season for a grand prize.  This sport  brings in all the elements - excitement, leadership, strategy, athleticism, communication, grit, comradery.
We talk about the journey, the bootstrapping, working with a family member/business partner that lives in a completely different state and how to balance it all to keep pushing through.
