Description

Have you ever asked yourself, Why is this so familiar? Didn’t this already happen, how did i experience this again when I think it already happened?

"Déjà vu" is a common intuitive experience that has happened to many of us. The expression is derived from the French, meaning "already seen." it seems to spark our memory of a place we have already been, a person we have already seen, or an act we have already done.

According to an article from the new scientist entitled ,mystery of de ja vu explained by Jessica Hamzelou researchers suggest that déjà vu is a sign that your brain’s memory checking system is working well, and that you’re less likely to misremember events.)

déjà vu occurs when the frontal regions of the brain attempt to correct an inaccurate memory. “For the vast majority of people, experiencing déjà vu is probably a good thing. It's a sign that the fact-checking brain regions are working well, preventing you from misremembering events.
According to Angelica balance.com In some ancient cultures, it is believed that whenever someone experiences a déjà vu, it is a sign that such an individual is reincarnated.
Having a déjà vu can be caused by keeping too many secrets in your heart.
Whenever you experience déjà vu, it might be as a result of a similar event in your past life.
It is a sign that such an individual has been possessed by the spirit of someone who has been to that same location in the past.
This claim has not been proven yet to be true. However, there is something to make out of this belief, and it is that whenever you have a déjà vu, it is a sign that you are spiritually sensitive, but your mind is slowly catching up with the messages from the universe.
According to Psychology Today, roughly 60% to 70% of people have or will experience feelings of deja vu at one point or another.
The common factor is the temporal lobe, forming the connection between déjà vu and memory. What does this have to do with people who are tired and stressed? Both of these can cloud short and long-term memory. If your memory is impacted, this happens in the temporal lobe, which might lead to a feeling of déjà vu.

How Could Parallel Universes Explain Déjà Vu?

Think of a radio. You can only listen to one frequency at once because they operate at different wavelengths and levels. Proponents of this theory believe parallel universes may work the same way.
Vibrating at different frequencies, these universes could be all around us but we do not notice them. However, it is possible that for a certain moment, two frequencies could be “in phase” allowing for universes to interact for a short amount of time.

Finale thoughts
Quote of the day.
Even the slightest deja vu are supernatural incidents.
