Description

In today´s episode, I will be talking about my experience growing up parentified as a first gen Latina daughter of immigrant parents. This episode will be sibling focused, I will be breaking down the emotional/mental aspect of my experience taking on the parental role for my younger siblings and how I’ve navigated that aspect during my childhood through adulthood. I will be sharing how I’ve began to detach myself from the parental role and transitioned to be a sibling instead of a caregiver.
