Are you guilty of mom guilt too?  It can definitely stop us in our tracks, guide our decisions and our reactions towards our teenage daughters. It's a cycle that doesn't seem to end. 
 
This episode is going to unload some heavy stuff that may be uncomfortable to listen to, but hear me out.  I had to come to the same realization as well for myself in order to shift my perspective on how I parent my teen daughter.
