VGK welcomed Brett Howden and Shea Theodore back to practice Wednesday. Howden has been out since November 23rd and will be a good depth piece for VGK and can be utilized to eat minutes to keep players fresh. Theodore hasn't played since his collision with the Flyers Travis Stanheim on December 9. He will return to his pairing with D Alex Pietrangelo. We don't know when they will play in a game, but we can sense it will be soon. Alec Martinez will be back for VGK after leaving the ice in the Dallas game.
