Dean Cycon is a Nobel Prize of Business Honoree for the work he and his team at Dean's Beans has done since their inception in 1993. He is a leader and an inspiration within the B Corp community.   Dean founded the first non-profit in the coffee space in 1988 called Coffee Kids. With an eye towards working in and with coffee farming communities, Coffee Kids was the first development non-profit of its kind.
