Description

Welcome back to the Sutta Meditation Series Podcast.
THIS EPISODE focuses on THREE KINDS OF CONCEIT (including ARROGANCE) - omāna, māna and atimāna
It is a GUIDED MEDITATION with a specific focus on our Dhamma Practice and how we can't see the dirty, defiled, ugly and nasty side in how we practice and manifest, despite doing what is good.
We look with honesty where we may not see how we breed defilements even within Dhamma - with our kalyanamittas, Dhamma teachers and fellow practitioners, and in our dealings with Dhamma groups, circles and communities.
We "clean" the mind of the these mental stains and make a strong determination not to cultivate or breed these defilements. We also have an intention to correct our view if we are holding onto any wrong views that are blocking our Path.
