Matt Powledge has been hired by Baylor and Dave Aranda as the Bears' defensive coordinator. This is a really, really good hire, but it's not quite the home run Baylor fans hoped for. Powledge is young and unproven. While that could result in recruiting success and a meteoric rise as the defensive play caller, it still leaves question marks. Powledge needs to light the recruiting game on fire.
