As the past President of the Sienna Foundation, providing funding to arts, education and environmental programs to underserved communities. Current giving is through our family donor advised fun at the Marin Community Foundation. Our philanthropy is focused on social justice, environmental resiliency, diversity and inclusion.

Michelle has been a leader on land use policies, conservation and protection. Together with her husband, they have created environmental scholarships and lecture series at the Harvard Center for the Environment and the University of San Francisco.
