In this episode of Shoujo Sundae, Giana and Chika discuss episodes three, four, and five of Blue Spring Ride! In episode three, Floats Your Boat teeters precariously between being a glorified Banana Split segment. The sundae girls still can’t quite get over Kou’s “cheap” comment. In episode four, Giana and Chika applaud Tanaka-sensei for the way he handled an iffy situation, and also express mixed feelings about the “romantic” scenes between Kou and Futaba. In episode five, Giana comes up with some far-fetched symbolism about Sock the cat. Chika makes some interesting predictions regarding the evolving love triangle between Futaba, Kou, and Makita.
