Andy has over 30 years of experience in public water supply, water treatment, water quality, public health, operations, distribution system repair, and underground construction, serving over one million people in the greater San Jose metropolitan area. Andy earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut. A part-time job during college inspired his career in water and led to his deeply rooted desire to make a lasting contribution to society.
