For the past seven years, Elaine served alongside Dr. David Diaz at West Coast Fertility Centers heading the wellness program. As a former IVF patient with a background in public education, dance, yoga, tai chi, and qigong, a wonderful collaboration was created to best serve the needs of their patients. Similar to a doula, Elaine's IVF wellness coaching includes partnering with patients in the operating room during their procedures, preparing them physically and mentally prior to procedures, and creating customized wellness plans.
