The Hunter Renfroe trade led to a lot of questions and complaints. We talk about why the Guardians didn’t have an interest. Why he is on the move yet again. We also talk about why he likely was not a big enough improvement to encourage the Guardians to make a move to consider adding him and costing them several prospects and having to pay over ten million dollars to pay him. If the Guardians are going to add a bat, I want them to be right-handed, and a clear upgrade over what they have in place. 

Next up is a delayed mailbag taking the questions that have been filtering in over the past few weeks. We talk about Brayan Rocchio, Angel Martinez, and Tim Herrin among others as you get to take control of the show.

We end with draft history inspired by Tim Herrin and we look into some of the late rounds. For instance, the 29th round where Herrin was drafted has seen five players selected to make it to the big leagues but only two signed with Cleveland, and neither made the big league roster for Cleveland. So when Herrin makes it he will be the best 29th-rounder in franchise history. We also dig into the 1988 draft a rare missed opportunity by Hank Peters who had three first-rounders the number two pick in the draft and came away with only one player who ended up helping the Guardians in the future.
