MLB Trade Rumors released their arbitration estimates in the middle of the postseason, and now that it is the offseason it seemed like a perfect time to go back and discuss those numbers. We talk a little about which current Tampa Bay Ray might be the next player the Cleveland Guardians target which brings us to old friend alerts and also some debate about if the Rays might have a catcher they would trade who the Guardians would want. We then dive deeply into the most hotly debated Cleveland Guardian this year Amed Rosario. He is projected to make nine mil dollars. How do you feel about paying him that much? We also get into the projected shortstop free agent class which is just as deep as a year ago.

We got into the starting pitching in segment two. Four of the Guardians starters are arbitration eligible and will make between them 21.8 million, roughly about one-third of their projected salary for next year. We discuss who might be traded, who might be extended, and do we think that Shane Bieber, Cal Quantrill, Aaron Civale, and Zach Plesac are in terms of 2023 and beyond.

We end with a discussion of the rest of the players up for arbitration. We get into who we think might end up being non-tendered, who might be worth extending, how they might end up handling a player like Anthony Gose who is currently hurt, and how the catcher position could be in for a massive change as well.
