Miami Hurricanes are set to lose Star/DB/Striker Gilbert Frierson to the transfer portal. The 5th year junior announced his intentions on social media on Tuesday and thanks the University of Miami for the opportunities. He has his diploma so he will be a graduate transfer and has one year of eligibility left. Meanwhile, 5-star Miami Hurricanes recruiting target, offensive tackle Samson Okunlola, is in Gainesville right now for a mid-week unofficial visit to the University of Florida. 
Host Alex Donno breaks down the latest news on the transfer portal and recruiting. He expects around 20+ players from the current roster to exit in the portal, with an equal number of new additions emerging from other schools. Expect heavy roster turnover for Mario Cristobal. On Okunlola, Donno is taking Florida very seriously as a competitor to Miami for his signature. This could come down to another Hurricanes vs. Gators battle before National Signing Day. Miami has been considered the favorite for “The Pancake Honch” since July.
