Dr Minich's research highlights the interconnectedness of whole food, food-combining and the influence cooking and preparation can have on optimal nutritional yield. She now takes a very broad and open-minded approach to food and health. In particular, Dr Minich has a keen interest in the connection of food and mood as well as the influence of genetic factors and how to unravel them to help people move towards greater wellness.
